There are majorily three types of information we collect: 1. Discord User IDs 2. Discord Guild (Server) IDs 3. User Input - Nicknames, background images, etc. The first two are automatically collected from Discord during your interaction with the bot. PayPal Data: We store only the transaction IDs of webshop purchases.

The user IDs are used, for identification purposes, to map a discord user entity to a profile. Most of the other ingame data is linked to these profiles. The server IDs are mostly used for analytics and for activity tracking. We do not reveal any information to third parties.

We store the information in a secure MongoDB database hosted on our servers. Only the application and the author has access to the database. There are no direct modifications made in the database. They are made only via the application through logged activity visible to the author.

Users can request to view all associated information by contacting us.
Deletion mechanism:

• 1. Guild IDs are automatically deleted when PokeGambler is removed from the server.
• 2. User IDs can be deleted* upon explicit request or when the user cannot access the bot via any mutual servers.
  * Blacklists are an exceptional case where the users IDs are deleted only after administrative decision.
